After your initial consultation, and Encore representative will prepare a budget outline, an event outline, and a CAD layout of your event. Encore will contact and work with other vendors if necessary to pull in all the elements that your event requires. An Encore Event Coordinator will be on-site before, during, and after your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that preperations and clean-up and executed flawlessly!
