Rental Policies


Encore Event Rentals accepts cash and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express). 50% of the order total is required at the time the reservation and is non-refundable due to cancellations, date changes, or equipment changes. Any monies paid toward the contract are non-refundable. The balance is due on or before delivery. All orders must be pre-paid unless prior credit arrangements have been made.


All prices quoted are a 24-hour period during the week (Mon-Fri) or weekend (Fri-Mon). Prices are subject to change without notice.


Cleaning or damage deposits may be required on some rental items. The amount is determined by the items rented and the quantity. Deposits will be refunded if the items are returned on time, in good order, and properly cleaned.

Setup Services

Our standard delivery service does not include set up or takedown of tables and chairs. This service is available and can be arranged at an additional cost.

Delivery and Pick-up

Please ask about delivery arrangements at the time you place your order. Delivery and pickup are to ground level and accessible yards. There will be an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs, and long-distance handling. Additional delivery charges may apply for weekend and non-business hours. We are not responsible for underground or overhead damage on delivery setup and takedown. Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked for pickup. Additional charges will apply if tables and chairs are not taken down and stacked for pickup.

Linen and Skirting

Table linens must be dry and free of food wastes. Skirting hangers and clips must be returned. Additional charges will apply to damaged linens and skirting. Charges can include rental and replacement costs of the damaged item. Damaged linens include but are not limited to mildew, burns, stains, tears, and wax.

Damages and Cleaning Chargers

All items should be cleaned and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Customers will be charged for missing, broken, and damaged items. A charge will apply for all boxes, storage containers, hangers, clips, etc. not returned. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery or pickup to time of return to Encore Event Rentals. Please be sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in use. Exposure of equipment to the elements will incur additional charges. No equipment may be taken apart or moved to another address unless Encore Event Rentals gives specific written consent. A damage waiver is offered to protect renters from charges incurred due to normal wear and tear on rental items. the damage waiver is 15% of all equipment rented. It does not preclude you from paying for missing or lost equipment. Certain restrictions may apply, please speak with your sales representative.

Delivery Information

Please be available to count and check all items at the time of delivery, otherwise, all counts will be considered accurate. Our delivery personnel is instructed to stack all items in a mutually convenient location. If you require multiple delivery locations on site, please advise your event sales representative in advance so arrangements may be made.

Rental Fees

All charges are for rented items that leave our facility and are gone for a certain time period, whether the renter uses the item or not, so please make your selections carefully. Prices are quoted for a one-day (single event) use. Should you desire to use rentals for a longer period of time, please contact us to receive a long-term rate quote.

Client Responsibility Upon Acceptance

Containers are provided for china, silver, utensils, and small goods to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized, and ready to use. Responsibility of the equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items, as well as linens that are lost, torn, burned, or soiled beyond cleaning. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred for usage. Please be careful of the candle wax as it will permanently damage most linen. A valid credit card is required as security for any potential damage or loss.
